Welcome to Nob Hill Therapy. I am a licensed therapist committed to providing compassionate and effective counseling services to individuals, and couples.
At Nob Hill Therapy, I understand that relationships can be complex and challenging, and I believe that seeking support from a therapist can be an important step towards healing and growth. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, learn new skills, and develop healthier ways of relating to others.
I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and emotion-focused therapy. I tailor my approach to each client's unique needs and goals, and we work collaboratively with clients to develop a treatment plan that is effective and personalized.
I offer counseling services for a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, immigrant challenges and more. I also specialize in working with couples, and I believe that strengthening these relationships can have a positive impact on individual well-being.

I spend time listening to you, but unlike other therapists, I also give you constructive and direct feedback. My goal is not to keep you in therapy for a long time, but to have you start living your life again.

I understand that therapy doesn’t stop at the end of our session. I’m available outside of your session hours via Text for quick support. My goal is to help you start living your life again.
